Our Programme

Making agriculture practical, relevant and inspiring.

Agriculture remains an important part of Kenya's economy, yet many young people do not see farming as a viable career or source of opportunity.

POAK's 4K Clubs programme introduces learners to practical agriculture, smart farming, environmental stewardship and entrepreneurship from an early age.

Through hands-on learning, mentorship and school-based projects, learners develop skills that can contribute to stronger livelihoods, food security and climate-resilient communities.

Long-term vision

To inspire a generation of young agricultural leaders who transform knowledge into sustainable livelihoods, strengthen food security and drive climate-resilient development.
